Two to six weeks after your initial appointment, a 30-45 minute follow-up appointment is scheduled to fine-tune your program. Follow-ups provide accountability and motivation.

You have the following two options for payment:

• Insurance Payment: pre-approved before your initial visit
• Private Payment: payment is expected at time of service
